02. HOW WE WORK
GETTING STARTED
It’s like dating. This is the part where we get to know you, how you live and entertain, and what your preferences are. We’re also getting to know your home, whether through drawing plan reviews, meetings with architects, or site surveys. The next part is where the magic happens. With this new information, we get to work designing something special for YOU. Something that reflects your personality, preferences, lifestyle. Visualization of these concepts through images, space plans, sketches and drawings will be used to help convey our vision. Budgets are prepared, timelines are created, and once approved, architectural details and furnishing selections are developed. Kick your feet up while we do the heavy lifting here.
Once our designs are fully developed and approved by you, it’s time to execute. Construction drawings, finish schedules, detailed elevations, and millwork drawings are created for the general contractor in cases of construction. Furniture, lighting, window treatments, wall finishes, artwork, rugs, and accessories are ordered and tracked throughout the procurement process. Scheduled status updates keep clients informed throughout this phase.
WE HAVE A PLAN
This is what we live for, although full of challenges. All specialists are scheduled from electricians to wallpaper hangers to window treatment installers…whatever your project requires. Next, we roll out the carpets, place the furniture, hang the artwork, and add the icing on the cake with accessories throughout. We manage the entire process. Your part? The reveal!
